Subprocessors
These are the third-party providers evenclo uses to deliver the platform, who they are, what each one does, and where each one processes data. Every one of them processes data on our instructions, under contract. We add a provider to this page before it starts handling customer data, not after.
Infrastructure

Payments

Organizers and exhibitors may connect their own payment gateway to their own event or stand. A gateway they connect is their provider, not our subprocessor: money from those sales settles into their account and never passes through evenclo.

AI features

Content delivery on public pages
Public event pages and some dashboard screens load fonts and open-source browser libraries from content delivery networks: Google Fonts, jsDelivr, unpkg and cdnjs. These CDNs serve static files to the visitor's browser and receive the standard information any web request carries (IP address, user agent); no customer data is sent to them.
Changes to this list
When we engage a new subprocessor that will handle customer personal data, we update this page first. Customers with a data processing agreement in place are notified per its terms. Questions to privacy@evenclo.com.
