evenclo

Everything it takes to run your event, in one place.

Right now registration is a shared form, tickets are a spreadsheet, badges are a text document and your exhibitors are a WhatsApp thread. evenclo is all of it — and it still works on the day, when the hall wifi gives out.

Every part of the day, covered.

Six services. Take one, or let them hand the same record between them. Open any card for what it actually covers — and what it does not.

Three things an imported platform will not give you

WhatsApp first — not as an add-on

In Egypt and the Gulf, email does not get read. Confirmations, reminders and same-day changes all go out over WhatsApp, with its own campaign dispatcher, approved templates and connection flow. Email still exists; it is simply not the primary channel.

The gap between WhatsApp open rates and email open rates is not close.

It keeps working when the network does not

Exhibition halls destroy wifi. Check-in and lead capture run offline, holding the queue on the device and syncing when the signal returns. Printing falls back to the browser rather than stopping.

Real Arabic, right to left

Not translation files over an English design. Forms, public pages, badges, messages and reports all carry the right direction, face and numerals. The toggle in the corner flips this page too — the builders included.

Then the day arrives

Everything you built turns into something an attendee holds. Walk their journey from registration to the door.

A registration is not a row in a sheet until someone walks through a door with it. The same record becomes a badge, then a scan at the entrance, then a lead at a booth — and none of those steps asks anyone to type the name again.

The badge issues itself Every attendee type has its own template, so a speaker and a visitor print differently without anyone editing a file on the morning.
The door keeps moving A scan resolves in under a second and the desk sees it as it happens. When the hall wifi drops the queue is held on the phone, and it syncs when the signal returns.
The floor reports back Leads captured at a booth land against the same person, so an exhibitor leaves with a list worth calling rather than a pile of business cards.

Two apps, because an attendee and an organizer do not need the same thing

Both run on Android today. Sign in with an email and a six-digit code, or by scanning your own badge.
