Ministries, companies and universities do not register people one at a time. One person in procurement or an executive office books the whole party, pays one invoice, and then spends the following month sending corrections: a name spelled wrongly, a colleague replaced by another, a job title that changed.
In evenclo that coordinator books the delegation in one pass, and every person in it is an ordinary attendee from the moment the booking commits.
One booking, a real attendee for every person
The quantity picker on a ticket is the size of the group. The coordinator chooses twelve places and types twelve names, and the form refuses a mismatch between the two, because a party of twelve that paid for eleven is a conversation at the door. Free tickets work the same way, which matters more than it sounds: a delegation to a free conference is exactly the booking this exists for.
Every delegate needs their own address
A QR code is a credential for one person at one turnstile, so each member gets their own confirmation, sent to their own email, with their own code. Twenty delegates sharing one procurement inbox would be one attendee who can check in and nineteen who cannot. The form checks addresses within the party before anything is saved and names the row that repeats, rather than failing with a message that cannot say which of twenty it means.
- Each member is a full attendee: badge, QR code, check-in, seat and certificate
- The whole party is created together, or not at all
- Paid parties settle, refund and expire as one order
- A coordinator cannot opt a colleague into WhatsApp messages
- Members can open their own link and correct their own details
All or nothing
The delegation is saved in one transaction. If person seventeen’s address is already registered, persons one to sixteen and the coordinator are not saved either, and the coordinator is told which row to fix. Half a delegation is not a smaller delegation; it is a support ticket.
Corrections without an email to you
The coordinator’s confirmation carries a link to the group page, where they can fix names, titles and contact details for anyone in the party. They cannot change a delegate’s ticket, attendee type or status, because that would be a way around approval and payment. Your team sees who booked whom: a "Booked by" line in the attendee list and a registered-by column in the export, which is what a finance office asks for when it matches one invoice against twelve badges.
Common questions
Can one person register a group and pay once?
Yes. The coordinator chooses the number of places, enters each person, and pays one order. Free events work the same way without the payment step.
Does each member of the group get their own QR code?
Yes. Every member receives their own confirmation at their own email address, with their own QR code for check-in.
Can the coordinator change names after booking?
Yes, from the group page linked in their confirmation. Tickets, attendee types and status stay with the organizer.
