A conference programme usually exists three times: as a PDF on the website, as a printed booklet, and as whatever the AV team is running from. All three disagree by the second morning, and none of them can tell you afterwards how many people were in room two at eleven.
evenclo holds the programme once. The website reads it, the attendee app reads it, and the door to each room writes back to it.
Sessions, speakers, tracks
A session has a time, a room, a track and its speakers. Speakers are records with a biography and a photograph, attached to the sessions they are giving, so a late substitution updates the website, the app and the printed-this-morning list in one edit rather than three.
The attendee builds their own agenda
Attendees pick the sessions they intend to go to and carry that agenda in the app or on the site. It tells you something useful before the event has started: which rooms are going to be uncomfortable, and which parallel session should have been the plenary.
Attendance per session is the whole point
Recording attendance per session rather than per event is what separates a programme feature from a published timetable. It is what makes the programme report worth reading, and it is the only honest basis for gating a certificate on somebody actually having attended.

One programme, four places it appears
The public site, the attendee app, the room signage list and the report all read the same session records. Nothing is exported and nothing is re-entered, which is the only arrangement under which a change made at 08:50 is visible everywhere by 08:51.
