A career fair is judged by a number nobody usually has: how many people found a job. The sponsor asks, the university asks, the ministry asks, and the honest answer at most fairs is a footfall count and a box of paper CVs that went home with the employers.
evenclo runs a career fair as the same event it runs everywhere else, with the candidate, the employer and the hiring verdict on one record. The report at the end follows from that.
The CV arrives with the registration
One button in the form builder adds the career fields: CV upload, governorate, university, graduation year, career level, and a consent box for sharing the CV with employers. The CV goes to private storage the moment it is picked, and is attached to the registration when it is submitted, free or paid. Nothing is emailed around and no employer receives a folder.
Employers post jobs and read CVs, inside rules
Each employer has a portal where they publish vacancies and a careers page. A job carries a category from your own list and a level from the same vocabulary the candidate picked, so a fresh graduate is shown entry-level roles rather than a director post. Candidates browse every job at the fair on one page and apply with the CV they already uploaded. An application lands in the employer’s candidate list, their export and their own systems over a webhook, with no new inbox to check.
- An employer sees a CV only for a candidate who applied to them or was scanned at their stand
- Only when the candidate agreed to share it, and every opening of a CV is logged
- A national ID field is never shared with employers at all
- Jobs that received applications are hidden when closed, never deleted
- Arabic and English portal and job board, following the reader’s language
Interview tables, booked like meetings
A large employer does not interview one person at a time. Their stand can hold several interviews at once, and a candidate books a slot the way any meeting is booked, with the table assigned automatically: Booth C14, Table 2. Clashes are checked under the same lock as every other booking, so two candidates are never sent to the same chair at the same minute.
The outcome report
Employers move each candidate through shortlisted, interviewed, offer made and offer accepted. The report counts people at each stage, cumulatively, so offers can never exceed interviews, and splits the funnel by sex, governorate, university, career level and age. Where a valid national ID was given it is read for birth date, governorate and sex, and it outranks a dropdown answer. No name, email or CV leaves the report: it is aggregates only.
Common questions
Can candidates upload a CV when they register for a career fair?
Yes. The CV is stored privately as soon as it is picked and attached to the registration, for free and paid events alike.
Who can see a candidate’s CV?
Only an employer the candidate applied to or was scanned by, only if the candidate consented to sharing, and every opening is logged.
Can the report show how many candidates were hired?
Yes, as far as employers record their stages. The funnel runs from attendance to accepted offers and is split by sex, governorate, university, career level and age.
